HOW TO PERFORM A MASSAGE
Move the roller over the face using gentle motions starting from the center outwards, repeating each movement several times.
1. NECK and DÉCOLLETAGE – follow long longitudinal motions starting from the collarbones upwards.
2. MOUTH AREA - with a small roller, follow circular motions around the mouth, starting just below the lower lip.
3. FACE OVAL – move the larger roller using gentle motions starting from the center of the face outwards, moving from the nose, through the cheeks – to the temples.
4. EYE AREA – follow circular motions using a small roller from the corner of the eye over the upper eyelid and back over the skin under the eye.
