You can use the massage balls in two ways:
Classic massage - use the massage balls that have been kept in the fridge
Cold massage - use the massage balls that were placed in the freezer for about 25 minutes before the massage
ATTENTION! Do not put the massage balls in the freezer for more than 40 minutes, the freezing liquid may cause the massage balls to crack.
During the massage using the glass massage balls, we use compression, pushing and pumping techniques. They are designed to improve microcirculation and lymph flow. Thanks to this, swelling is reduced, the skin becomes better nourished, and thus it is firmer, regains its natural glow and looks younger.
The massage balls are filled with a liquid that keeps the massager at a lower temperature. During the massage, cool massage balls make the skin relax, and our senses are soothed by pleasantly cold glass. This form of massage is especially recommended for people with irritation after invasive therapies, or for skin prone to redness. The coolness will soothe the skin and help reduce redness.
Pro Tip! – Do not throw away the white foam bands that protect the massagers. Protection against breakage is their second function! The first is to improve your grip when using massage oils. The protective foam bands will also help hold a very cold massage ball!
Using the massage balls step by step
- Disinfect the massage balls and put them in a bag in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes.
- Apply a few drops of the oil to the skin and gently massage it in using your hands, making movements from the neck to the chin and from the chin upwards. You can use e.g. VERY SUPERBERRY or FLOWER YOURSELF oils. Also PUMP UP THE BEAUTY mask or any sheet mask will be perfect.
- Start the massage with a large massage ball from the décolletage. Apply it to the center of your chest and make circular movements, guiding the massager towards your collarbones. Massage the right side first, then move to the left side. Repeat this movement several times, very slowly making a circular movements* with the massage ball, moving it upwards. Remember the last sentence - from now on, in almost every stage we will be making circular movements of the massage ball several times and always moving upwards (never downwards!).
- Put a large massage ball on the side of the neck (first on the right, then on the left), start making circular movements, gliding the massage ball to the area of the lymph nodes, behind the ear.
- Then place a small or large massage ball to the center of the chin and glide the massage balls to the skin area in front of the ear.
- Then, place a small or large massage ball near the nostril and glide it towards the temple.
- Put a small massage ball to the inner corner of the upper eyelid and with a sliding, slow movement lead it to the outer corner - repeat several times. From the outer corner, lead the massage ball to the inner corner of the lower eyelid, making the same movements as on the upper eyelid. In this step, we do not make circular movements with the massage ball!
- Make the last movement on the forehead by placing a small or large massage ball on the center of the forehead and moving it towards the temples. For this step, we go back to the previous technique - we repeat the movement several times, making circular movements with the massage ball. Lets also try to make this movement slightly upwards.
* Circular movement - making circular, “twisting” movements around the axis of the sphere (as the Earth rotates).
Once youve mastered the above technique, make a circular motion and squeeze as the motion ends and move the massage ball upwards - as if you were trying to push the fluid upwards. So in a circular motion - compression - we move the massage ball a little higher and repeat the same cycle.
When to use the glass massage balls:

- excessive tension of the facial muscles
- skin is gray, lacking radiance
- swelling, edema
- loss of skin firmness
Contraindications:
- acne in the active phase
- wounds
- bacterial, viral infections
