To place an order, select the product/products and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart (the icon is in the upper right corner). Once youre on the shopping cart page, follow the instructions on the page. You can place your order as a guest or by log in your account. Enter all address details then select the payment method and how the order is delivered. Read the terms and conditions and then accept it. If you select a payment through DotPay, you will be redirected to the website to complete the transaction. As soon as your order appears in our system, you will receive an automatic e-mail message.

When placing an order, you can pay with the DotPay electronic payment service.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order. The message should be delivered in no longer than X minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us (here), but make sure that the message has not been directed to SPAM before contacting us. You will then receive a message from us about the order realization and its shipping.

To change your data, simply log in to the customer panel. In your account you can edit your details, as well as add or change the delivery address.

Due to the highest quality and specificity of the products sold, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This can happen when we dont have any of the ingredients. Remember that all our cosmetics are natural, so we do not use replacements.

If there are technical problems, please contact us. Be sure to attach a screenshot of the error that appears to the email you send.

You can track the current status of your order by log in to your customer panel. If you made a purchase as a guest, you will receive the information about current status of your order by email, including a tracking link for parcel.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

Once you find that you have received incorrect or damaged orders, please contact us (here). In order to improve the process of clarifying the situation, be sure to provide in the e-mail all the data that was used in placing the order, as well as a photos of the received shipment.
