Within 14 days of purchasing a product you can inform us if you wish to withdraw from the agreement, by email to hello@phlov.eu . The send back the order within another 14 days, along with the completed form for withdrawing from the agreement and proof of purchase.

Complaints

Claims will be considered within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the message.
